For many reasons and in many businesses, we regularly see organizations with instances of both Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex. The DX80 runs on the Android operating system. Out-of-the-box users have access to fully integrated Android applications, including Cisco WebEx and Cisco Jabber. Cisco's embedded security protocols maintain secure connections to and from the device. Android-based operation lets you configure the touchscreen's layout and widgets, and download compatible third-party applications.

The product is available in two additional models: The DX70 und DX650. All systems are shipped with Cisco Intelligent Proximity. With this technology customers can wirelessly sync their desk system with their mobile phones to importing contacts and call histories from their mobile phones to the DX80 or moving a call already in progress from their mobile device to the DX80.
